焊缝分析在装载机车架结构改进中的应用
Application of Welding Seams Analysis to Structural Improvement for Loader Frames
【摘要】 公司生产的某型号装载机在用户使用过程中,前车架与动臂铰接孔的贴板焊缝频繁出现开裂问题。在以往车架有限元结构分析中,没有专门针对焊缝结构进行分析,也就无法获知此处焊缝的受力情况。针对此焊缝的开裂问题,对前车架有限元模型进行了必要的修正,经过计算分析找到了焊缝开裂原因。通过对贴板及焊接结构进行改进,成功解决了焊缝开裂问题。
【Abstract】 Welding seam fracture between sticking plate and front frame at boom joints occurs frequently during user operation of a loader.In finite element structure analysis to the frame,loading situation on the welding seam couldn’t be obtained because there is no special analysis aiming at the welding structure.Aiming at the fracture problem of the welding seam,finite element model is modified necessarily and the fracture causes are found out through analysis and calculation.After improving the sticking plate and its welding structure,the problem is solved successfully.
