【摘要】 DLT900型轮胎式搬运机是郑州大方桥梁机械有限公司自主研制开发的具有自主知识产权的大型特种起重搬运设备。结合在哈尔滨到大连客运专线上某预制梁场上对DLT900型轮胎式搬运机进行调试时出现的自由溜钩现象,对其液压起升系统的工作原理进行分析,指出可能造成故障的原因,提出解决方案。经过现场调试,达到预期效果,提高了系统的可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Model DLT900 wheel type carrier is a large-size special lifting and material handling equipment with autonomous intellectual property right developed by Zhengzhou Dafang Bridge Machinery Co.,Ltd.Aiming at the problem of hook sliding occurring during commissioning the equipment in a beam pre-fabricating yard of Harbinto-Dalian passenger line,work principle of its hydraulic lifting system is analyzed and possible failure causes are pointed out.A solution is suggested.Through field commissioning,expected results are obtained and system reliability is increased.更多还原
