履带底盘转向解析
Analysis on turning mode for crawler chasses
【摘要】 综合考虑履带接地长度、轨距、履带宽度以及2条履带的行进速度等诸多影响履带底盘的转向因素,建立了一套履带底盘转向数学模型.该模型无需引入传统的阻力矩系数,立足于履带底盘转向能量消耗引出与转向形式密切相关的阻力矩概念,并且从力矩平衡出发给出了履带底盘转向的必要条件.用此模型编制计算机程序,以SLWY-60型水陆两用挖掘机为例进行分析,输出的转向阻力矩数值与实地检测结果相当吻合.此外,以上述挖掘机为基础设定可调整的履带宽度和转向方式可调整的虚拟履带底盘,分别进行了相关数值计算,并得出指导性结论.
【Abstract】 By synthesizing such turning impacts on crawler ground length,track gauge,crawler width and moving speed,the mathematical models are established for turning modes of crawler chasses.In particular,the turning energy consumption resistant moment,rather than the traditionally-related coefficient,is applied to obtain turning prerequisites for moment equilibrium.By using a case study on SLWY-60 amphibious excavators,the program-related values coincide with on-site testing results with regard to turning resistant moment.Furthermore,a virtual crawler chassis,together with conclusive guidance,is deployed for numerical calculation on crawler width and turning mode adjustments.
