基于CAN总线的中型挖掘机电气控制系统设计
Electric control system design for medium-size excavators based on CAN bus
【摘要】 挖掘机的电气控制系统是挖掘机的核心技术,其性能对企业提高竞争实力和经济效益意义重大.分析了中型挖掘机控制功能要求,确定了基于控制器局域网(CAN)总线的电气控制系统方案,设计了控制系统的输入和输出调理电路,设计了发动机控制电路和挖掘机应急电路,在此基础上采用CodeSys和组态软件分别开发了挖掘机控制系统和监控系统程序,为挖掘机电控节能系统的研究打下了基础.
【Abstract】 In general,the performance of electronic control system in excavators secures a crucial position in improving corporate competitiveness and economic benefit.By analyzing control functional requirements,an electric control system scheme is proposed based on Controller Area Network (CAN) bus.Accordingly,the input and output conditioning circuits,together with the engine control and excavator emergency circuits,are designed for control system.In this manner,relevant control and monitoring systems are developed using CodeSysTM and configuration software,respectively.Therefore,this approach sets a foundation for further study on electronically-controlled energy-saving systems.
