机械零件二维几何特征视觉检测系统研究与开发
Investigation into vision detection system for 2D geometric features of mechanical parts
【摘要】 通过对机械零件二维几何特征计算机视觉检测技术的研究,搭建了视觉检测硬件系统.并从机械零件的二维几何特征入手,将改进后的Canny算子、Hough变换和中点画圆算法等理论应用到系统的研究开发中,以MATLAB作为开发平台,开发出视觉检测软件系统,从而实现被加工机械零件的实时在线检测.最后,通过实验验证该系统的可行性和有效性.
【Abstract】 By investigating the computer vision detection techniques for geometric features of 2D mechanical parts,a hardware-enabled vision detection system is established.Accordingly,the improved Canny operator,Hough transform and midpoint circle-producing algorithm are adapted in this system.Based on MATLABTM development platform,the software-enabled vision detection system is formed.In so doing,the system feasibility and effectiveness are verified via experiments.
