自动制钉机送料机构方案设计
Feeding mechanism design for automatic nail-making machine
【摘要】 传统制钉机的送料必须在停机状态下,手工将铁丝引入,限制了制钉机的生产效率,同时无法用短直丝进行加工.拟设计一种新型的自动制钉机的送料机构,解决上述问题.利用功能原理设计方法,获得其潜在的所有可能的解决方案,将多属性决策方法层次分析方法用于原理方案的评价,建立自动制钉机送料机构的评价指标体系,选择合理的尺度,对提出的设计方案进行排序,最终获得最优解.
【Abstract】 Owing that the feeding process with manual wire feed-in should be executed under machine stoppage,the productivity of traditional nail-making machines is reduced.In addition,the short linear wire cannot be applied for nail-making.To resolve the problem,a novel feeding mechanism is designed for automatic nail-making machine.By developing a functional design method,the potential design alternatives are obtained.By employing such methods as multi-attribute decision-making and analytic hierarchy process for design option evaluation,an evaluation index system is established for feeding mechanism.In so doing,the optimal solution can be obtained based on reasonable index rating and option ranking.
