【摘要】 目的观察水冷式双极射频纤维环成形术对椎间盘源性腰痛的治疗效果。方法选取40例经椎间盘造影确诊为椎间盘源性腰痛、保守治疗无效的患者,采用水冷式双极射频纤维环成形术治疗,术后随访12个月,对治疗前和治疗后1周及1、36、1、2个月的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)进行比较。结果术后患者疼痛评分明显降低,腰椎功能状态优良率术后1周为75%(30/40),术后1、3、6、12个月分别为82.5%(33/40)8、0%(32/40)7、7.5%(31/40)和75%(30/40)。术后1周及1、3、6、12个月的VAS评分和ODI明显低于术前(P<0.01)。所有病例未见严重并发症发生。结论水冷式双极射频纤维环成形术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛效果良好,操作简单、安全,是椎间盘源性腰痛较为理想的微创介入治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of water-cooled bipolar radiofrequency annuloplasty(WCBRA) on discogenic low back pain(DLBP). Methods Forty patients with DLBP,diagnosed by discography and refractory to conservative therapy,were treated with WCBRA.All patients were followed up for 12 months.The Visual Analog Scale(VAS) and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI) scores were recorded at baseline,1st,4th,12th,24th and 48th week,respectively. Results The excellent rates of treatment at 1st,4th,12th,24th and 48th week were 75%(30/40),82.5%(33/40),80.0%(32/40),77.5%(31/40) and 75%(30/40),respectively.The postoperative VAS and ODI scores were significantly lower than those at baseline(P<0.01).No serious complication was observed. Conclusion WCBRA provides better pain relief and improves lumbar function with fewer side effects for DLBP.更多还原
