【摘要】 目的比较柴胡调和汤、溴隐亭对抗精神病药所致的高催乳素血症(hyperprolactinemia,HPRL)的疗效。方法纳入服用抗精神病药物后出现HPRL的精神分裂症患者63例,随机分为柴胡调和汤和溴隐亭治疗两组,疗程12周;于入组时、治疗后4、8和12周测定催乳素(PRL)水平评定药物疗效;采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和不良反应量表(TESS)评估两组药物对抗精神病药疗效的影响及药物不良反应。结果治疗结束时柴胡调和汤组和溴隐亭组相比入组时PRL下降水平分别为(60.47±11.32)ng/mL、(61.01±11.35)ng/mL,与治疗前相比两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗结束时两组催乳素水平差异无统计学意义(P=0.93);两组PANSS总分治疗前后均差异无统计学意义;TESS量表显示溴隐亭组及柴胡调和汤组均出现恶心、头晕等不良反应但柴胡调和汤组反应较轻。结论柴胡调和汤能显著改善抗精神病药物所致的HPRL,疗效与溴隐亭相当,但不良反应轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy of Bupleurum Reconcile Soup and bromocriptine in treatment of antipsychotics-induced hyperprolactinemia(HPRL).Methods Sixty-three patients suffering from schizophrenia with antipsychotics-induced HPRL were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the two groups were treated with Bupleurum Reconcile Soup and bromocriptine once daily for 12 weeks,respectively.The plasma PRL levels were measured at baseline,week 4,8 and 12.The antipsychotic efficacy and side effects were assessed according to Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS).Results Significant improvement was observed in both groups with total effective rates of 79.3% and 72.4%,respectively.Significant reductions of plasma PRL by 60.47±11.32 ng/mL and 61.01±11.35 ng/mL were observed 12 th week(vs baseline)in Bupleurum Reconcile Soup group and bromocriptine group,respectively(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in PRL levels at day 84 in the both groups(P=0.93).No significant difference in PANSS total scores(Week 12 vs baseline)was observed in both groups.Nausea and swirl were observed in both groups according to TESS.Conclusion Bupleurum Reconcile Soup can improve antipsychotics-induced hyperprolactinemia with equal efficacy of bromocriptine and mild side effects.更多还原
