【摘要】 目的研究转录因子FoxP3基因启动子-3501 A/G多态性各等位基因及基因型在广西地区壮族及汉族人群中的分布频率,比较其在不同种族间分布的差异。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术和DNA测序法检测160例壮族人和150例汉族人的FoxP3基因-3501 A/G多态性,比较两组FoxP3基因型及等位基因的分布频率;并结合文献进行不同种族间的比较分析。结果在广西壮族及汉族人群中FoxP3基因多态性的分布频率差异均无显著性(P>0.05),但与欧洲及非洲人群比较,FoxP3基因多态性的分布频率差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在广西地区壮族及汉族人群中存在FoxP3基因多态性,其基因多态性的分布频率差异无显著性。但与其他种族人群比较差异存在,这种差异可能是导致一些疾病在不同种族间的发病率和临床表现存在显著不同的因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the frequencies of allele and genotype distribution of transcription factor FoxP3 gene promoter-3501 A/G polymorphism in Zhuang and Han populations in Guangxi province,and analyze the distributions of FoxP3 polymorphism between these races.Methods The FoxP3 gene-3501 A/G polymorphism was examined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) and DNA sequencing in 160 Zhuang and 150 Han populations.Frequencies of alleles and genotypes of FoxP3 gene were compared between Zhuang and Han populations and were also compared with other ethnic group through literatures.Results No significant difference in frequencies of alleles and genotypes distributions of FoxP3 gene was found between the Zhuangs and the Hans(P>0.05).However,the FoxP3 polymorphism showed significantly difference comparing with European and African populations(P<0.05).Conclusion There is FoxP3 gene polymorphism in Zhuang and Han populations in Guangxi province,but the frequencies of polymorphism distribution of FoxP3 gene are not significantly different between the Zhuang and Han populations.However,the distributions are significantly different compared with others ethnic populations.This variation of FoxP3 gene polymorphism among different ethnic groups might account for the heterogenicity of incidence and clinical presentation.更多还原
