镉胁迫对花生种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响
Effects of Cd2+ Stress on Seed Germination and Seedling Physiological Characteristics in Peanut
【摘要】 通过研究Cd2+胁迫下花生种子萌发及幼苗的主要生理指标的变化,探讨了镉胁迫对花生种子萌发和幼苗生长的毒害机理。结果表明:Cd2+浓度为0~80 mg/L时,各处理间种子发芽势无显著差异,当Cd2+浓度达到20 mg/L时,出苗率随Cd2+浓度升高明显降低,并且,Cd2+浓度与出苗率极显著负相关(r=-0.97**);Cd2+浓度与株高和根长呈极显著和显著负相关(r=-0.844**,-0.752*);与根系活力、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量均呈极显著负相关(r=-0.852**,-0.993 7**,-0.817 8**);与幼苗生物量、CAT活性与Cd2+浓度呈显著负相关(r=-0.705*,-0.068 18*)。为有效缓解花生早期镉伤害提供了理论依据,也为农业镉污染研究和治理以及污染生态学的研究提供了理论基础。
【Abstract】 Peanut seeds were treated with different Cd2+concentration to study the toxic effect of Cd2+ stress on seed germination and seedling growth by analyzing germination vigor,seedling rate and main physiological indexes.The results showed that there was no significant difference in seed germination vigor between different treatments when Cd2+ concentration was 0~80mg/L,the seedling rate obviously decreased with increase of Cd2+ concentration and there was a very significant negative correlation between seedling rate and Cd2+ concentration when Cd2+ concentration was 20mg/L,there were very significant negative correlations between Cd2+ concentration and plant height,root activity,content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b,and there were significant correlations between Cd2+ concentration and root length,seedling biomass,CAT activity.The results can provide a theoretical basis for research,control and ecology of Cd2+ pollution in agriculture.
