紫茎泽兰营养器官的形态解剖

【摘要】 为了研究紫茎泽兰营养器官的形态解剖,采用石蜡切片技术对紫茎泽兰(Eupatorium adeno-phorumSpreng)的根、茎、叶等营养器官解剖进行显微观察,确定了紫茎泽兰的显微结构特征。结果:根的次生结构自外而内依次为周皮(木栓层、木栓形成层和栓内层)、初生韧皮部(后期可被挤毁)、次生韧皮部和韧皮射线、形成层、次生木质部和木射线、初生木质部。茎由表皮、皮层和维管柱三大部分组成。叶片内部结构可分为表皮、叶肉和叶脉三大部分;叶柄由表皮、基本组织和维管束组成。

【Abstract】 Paraffin wax section technique was applied for microscopic observation of the vegetative organs root,stem and leaf to study the morphology and anatomy and microstructure characteristics confirmation and control and utilize the Eupatorium adenophorum better.The results showed that the structure of root was periderm(phellem,phellogen and phelloderm),primary phloem(would be collapsed later),secondary phloem,phloem ray,cambium,secondary xylem,xylem ray and primary xylem from outside to inside.Stem was composed of epidermis,cortex and vascular cylinder.Leaf was composed of epidermis,mesophyll and vein.And petiole was composed of epidermis,primary tissue and vascular bundle.
