洞庭×碧波原蚕雌蛾的产卵习性

【摘要】 为了研究洞庭、碧波原蚕雌蛾的产卵习性,设洞庭♀×碧波♂、碧波♀×洞庭♂2个对交组合,调查洞庭、碧波原蚕♀蛾各时段的产卵量、产卵比例、卵质特征等产卵习性。结果表明:洞庭品种在拆对后2h逐渐进入盛产卵时段,产卵高峰时间集中在18:00—20:00,产卵比例占55.69%,其良卵、不受精卵、死卵的产出高峰均集中在同一时段,良卵率在产卵高峰时段最高,为98.49%;不受精卵率在产卵后期最高,在4.21%~5.95%;死卵率在产卵初期最高,为0.38%。碧波品种在拆对后很快进入盛产卵时段,高峰产卵时间集中在16:00—18:00,产卵比例占53.82%,其良卵、不受精卵、死卵的产出高峰也集中在同一时段,良卵率在产卵后期最高,为97.78%,产卵高峰时段位居第二,为93.88%;不受精卵率在产卵盛期最高,为6.78%;死卵率在产卵后期(20:00—22:00)最高,为1.91%。在自然光照条件下,碧波原蚕雌蛾的产卵速度快于洞庭原蚕雌蛾。洞庭为母本的杂交种适合以平附形式采种,碧波为母本的杂交种适合以散卵形式采种。

【Abstract】 Combination of Dongting female×Bibo male,and Bibo female×Dongting male were set up to study the eggs-laying habit from eggs amount,rate of eggs laying,and quality characters of eggs from female moth of Dongting,and Bibo parent silkworms in different stages. Results showed that species of Dongting parent had the eggs-laying peak 2 hrs after mating,eggs laying peak time was 18:00-20:00,eggs ratio was 55.69%,peak of good eggs,unfertilized eggs,and dead eggs was also concentrated in this time,rate of good eggs (98.49%) was highest in eggs-laying peak,rate of unfertilized (4.21%~5.95%) was highest in the end of egg-laying,and rate of dead eggs (0.38%) was highest in initiative stage of egg-laying. For Bibo parent species,they had eggs-laying peak quite soon after mating,eggs-laying peak concentrated in 16:00-18:00,rate of eggs-laying was 53.82%,peak of good eggs,unfertilized eggs,and dead eggs was also concentrated in this time,rate of good eggs (97.78%) was highest in the end of eggs-laying,peak of eggs-laying ranked second (93.88%),rate of unfertilized (6.78%) was highest in peak of egg-laying,and the rate of dead eggs (1.91%) was highest in the end of egg-laying from 20:00-22:00. Speed of eggs-laying of Bibo parent silkworm was faster than that of Dongting parent silkworm in natural light condition. Eggs collection of hybrid with Dongting as maternal parent was flat and attached way,and for hybrid with Bibo as maternal parent,the distribution of eggs were dispersed.
