【Abstract】 The cost of energy consumption and environmental pollution of Dalian Port,the contribution of it to Dalian city were comprehensively evaluated in the study by using the Engineering Fuzzy Set Theory.A prediction model of moderate development level of Dalian Port was set up on the promise of port throughput level adapting to the bearing capacity of city environment.It provides theoretical basis for the moderate development of Dalian port,and it is worth popularizing.更多还原
