含稀土高强度耐腐蚀钢筋的研究

【摘要】 对20MnSiNbRe、20MnSiVNRe两种牌号的含稀土高强度耐腐蚀钢筋进行了研究,介绍了耐腐蚀钢筋的常规力学性能和金相组织,重点论述了实验室盐雾加速腐蚀、周浸加速腐蚀试验以及海洋实物挂片试验,探讨了稀土对提高钢耐腐蚀性能的作用。结果表明:含稀土耐腐蚀钢筋能满足GB 1499.2-2007对HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的常规力学性能要求;与普通钢筋相比,具有更强的耐腐蚀能力,尤其是20MnSiNbRe钢筋具有良好的耐腐蚀性能;钢中加入稀土能明显提高钢的耐腐蚀能力。

【Abstract】 Two brands of high strength resisting corrosion steel bar containing Re,20MnSiNbRe,20MnSiVNRe,were studied.Their normal mechanical properties and microstructure were introduced.Salt spray accelerated corrosion test,alternate immersion test in laboratory,and metallic samples in seawater were emphasized.The effects of Re on improving resisting corrosion of steel were discussed.The results showed that high strength resisting corrosion steel bars containing Re could meet with mechanical properties of HRB400 in GB 1499.2-2007 and had higher resisting corrosion than normal steel bar.Especially 20MnSiNbRe had good resisting corrosion property.Re added in steel could obviously increase its resisting corrosion ability.
