原燃料冶金性能对邯钢高炉喷煤的影响

【摘要】 在邯钢高炉喷吹煤粉的条件下,测定了原燃料的冶金性能,分析了这些因素对喷煤量产生的影响。结果表明,在邯钢目前的生产条件下,入炉铁矿石的冶金性能较好,对提高喷煤量的影响不大,而焦炭热态性能的改善是提高喷煤量的关键因素。

【Abstract】 The metallurgical properties of raw material and fuel were tested under the condition of pulverized coal injection in Hangang BF.The influence of metallurgical properties on cola ratio was analyzed.The results show that the metallurgical properties of iron ore are better which has insignificantly effects on increasing in coal ratio.The improvement of coke hot properties is the key factor to increase coal ratio.
