【摘要】 本文在航海模拟器上建立灰色关联度模型,运用多目标决策方法建立舰艇靠泊评价指标体系,抽取典型的靠泊条件,对4个靠泊方案进行比较。结果表明,评价结果区分度大,可避免指标权重确定方法主观性太强的缺点。该方法可行、有效,为海警舰艇靠泊的定量评价提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,a Cray Correlation Model for the marine simulator is established to assess the four ship berthing schemes using evaluation index system of ship berthing with the multi-objective decision-making approach.The results show that the assessment reaches a distinction degree so as to avoid the subjectiveness in determining the index weight.The method is feasible and effective for the marine police vessels berthing in the quantitative evaluation.更多还原
