电脑刺绣机针杆机构位置精度分析

【摘要】 电脑刺绣机普遍采用平面六杆滑块机构作为其针杆机构,利用复数矢量法建立了针杆机构位置精度分析的数学模型,并对针杆机构的针杆刺绣精度进行详细的分析,得出计算针杆刺绣误差的解析式,编写了MatLab计算程序并对某厂生产的GY902A电脑刺绣机针杆刺绣误差进行了实例计算,找到了电脑刺绣机的针杆刺绣误差随曲柄转角变化的规律,对于电脑刺绣机针杆机构运动学设计和提高刺绣质量具有重要的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The needle bar mechanism of computerized embroidery machine is a six-bar mechanism with slide block.An analytical model of the position accuracy of the needle bar mechanism was set up by means of the complex-vector method,and the embroidery accuracy of the needle bar mechanism was analyzed.The expression of the embroidery error of the needle bar mechanism was obtained,the calculating program with MatLab were worked out,and the embroidery error of the needle bar mechanism of computerized embroidery machaine GY902A was calculated with the program.The regularity of the embroidery of the needle bar mechanism varying with the rotation angle of the crank was obtained,which has important reference value to the movement design of the needle bar mechanism of computerized embroidery machine and improvement of the quality of embroidery products.
