HPLC法快速测定食品添加剂的检测条件研究
Optimization of HPLC method for rapid determination of food additives
【摘要】 建立一种HPLC法快速测定食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的分析方法.采用C18反向高效液相色谱柱,以甲醇和乙酸铵溶液为流动相洗脱,用紫外检测器于230nm波长处检测.当流动相甲醇与乙酸铵的比例(V/V)为39∶61时,各组分均得到较好的分离,色谱峰分离度达到3.0以上,色谱峰型尖锐,保留时间较短.色谱峰面积和保留时间的RSD均小于1%,表明该方法具有很好的准确度和精密度.在该色谱条件下,分别对饮料、调料等实际样品进行检测,结果表明该色谱条件的HPLC法快速、准确,重现性好,可作为食品中防腐剂和甜味剂的定性定量的参考方法.
【Abstract】 A high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method for the rapid and simultaneous determination of the benzoic acid,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium was developed.The best separation was achieved with analytical column C18 column,250×4.6 mm,5 μm,by isocratic elution with mobile phase methanol/acetic acid(39/61,V/V),flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 35 ℃,UV diode array detection at 230 nm.The sensitivity of the method was determined by calculating the limit of detection(LOD)for each sample.The peak area of each pesticide was also determined.
