【Abstract】 Earthquake prediction,especially shot-term and impending prediction,is a complex scientific problem.A preliminary prediction of the Ms3.5 Earthquake that happened on April 6th 2009 in Feidong,Anhui was made by the Earthquake Administration of Huainan City.The theoretic bases and precursor anomalies are reviewed and summarized,in the hopes that comprehensive predicting ability may be improved.更多还原
