【Abstract】 Fujian should further deepen reform of state-owned assets management and the pace of state-owned enterprises,develop and strengthen state-owned economy through effective reform during the period of the Five-years planning.Measures should be taken as soon as possible to promote formation of a large circulation and a large market in order to improve the market system.It should increase policy support for private enterprises,and help solve the financing problem to make them play greater roles in the economic development of Fujian.It should deepen the reform of collective forest tenure reform based on the experience of the past tenure reform.更多还原
