SEMA3B基因与辐射相关信号通路的研究进展
Research progress on SEMA3B and related signal pathways of ionizing radiation
【摘要】 SEMA3B基因通过NP-1受体介导抑制PI3K/Akt传导通路,从而抑制PI3K/Akt对电离辐射所致DNA损伤的修复作用,增强了辐射对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用;除此之外,SEMA3B通过竞争相同的NP受体抑制VEGF165的表达,减少VEGF165对电离辐射所致血管损害的保护作用,增加肿瘤的辐射敏感性。
【Abstract】 SEMA3B could sensitize tumor cells to radiation treatment through the way of inhibiting PI3K/Akt pathway,which could function as enhancing the repair of DNA damage induced by ionization radiation. Also,SEMA3B could enhance tumor radio-sensitivity by competing for binding VEGF165 to Neuropilin,which are the same receptors that they share,so as to inhibit the expression of VEGF165 which could protect the ionization radia-tion injury of blood vessels.
