ICP-AES法测定巢湖蓝藻中14种元素

【摘要】 目的:建立测定巢湖蓝藻中14种元素含量的方法,为利用蓝藻提供科学依据。方法:采用微波消解样品,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定14种元素,并考察不同元素间相互干扰。结果:所测定元素的相对标准偏均小于4%,回收率在97.0%~103%之间,结果可信度高。结论:本法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏的优点,可以用于巢湖蓝藻中14种元素含量的测定。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for determining 14 elements in blue-green algae of Chaohu Lake,to provide a scientific basis for the use of blue-green algae.Methods:Samples were digested by microwave digestion,and 14 elements were determined by ICP-AES.The interferences between elements were studied.Results:The RSDs of 14 elements were less than 4%,and the recoveries were in the range of 97.0%~103.0%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,fast and sensitive,and can be used for the determination of 14 elements in blue-green algae.
