基于四环己基硫代戊二酰胺的新型Cu2+/Ag+选择性光极传感器
Optical Sensors based on Thiaglutaric Diamide for the Determination of Copper and Silver Ion
【摘要】 本文报道了高选择性四环己基硫代戊二酰胺离子载体的合成,及其在光极传感器中的性能研究。通过对传感器组成的优化,结果表明,基于四环己基硫代戊二酰胺载体和显色离子载体V的光极在pH=5.5时对Ag+有高选择性的响应,响应范围从10-6mol/L到10-1mol/L。同时使用pKa较小的显色离子载体ETH5418制备的光极对Cu2+有很好的选择性,响应范围从10-6mol/L到10-2mol/L。
【Abstract】 Bulk optode membranes based on thiaglutaric diamide ionophore are prepared and developed for the measurements of silver ion and copper (Ⅱ) ion and other transition metal ions in aqueous solutions. The PVC membrane composition was optimized to obtain wide working concentration ranges. Optodes with ionophore and chromoionophore V or ETH 5418 exhibited good response to silver ion from 10-6 mol/L to 10-1 mol/L at pH=5.5. The proposed sensor showed high selectivity,good reproducibility and stability. With chromoionophore ETH 5418,the optode could response to copper (Ⅱ) ion from 10-6 mol/L to 10-2 mol/L.
