镍含量对钢材大气腐蚀的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同含镍量的低合金钢在青岛和江津的大气腐蚀,结果表明,含镍量2.68%的合金钢在含硫、氯的环境下都有较好的抗腐蚀性能,抵抗氯对钢材侵蚀的效果比抵抗硫对钢材侵蚀的效果更显著。对锈层的X射线衍射定量相分析表明,含镍量2.68%的合金钢在青岛暴露24个月的锈层中的δ-FeOOH和α-FeOOH更多,β-FeOOH少,说明含镍钢在含氯的环境下更易形成致密锈层,阻碍Cl~-的渗透。

【Abstract】 Effect of Ni content on atmospheric corrosion in the regions of Qingdao and Jiangjin for low alloy steels was investigated.The results show that the steel with 2.68%Ni exhibited better corrosion resistance under the conditions with S and/or Cl~-,the resistance to Cl~- corrosion was better than that to S corrosion.The XRD analyses show that there were moreδ-FeOOH andα-FeOOH and lessβ-FeOOH in the rust of the steel with 2.68%Ni than that of the carbon steel exposed for 24 months,indicating that the rust layer for the steel with 2.68%Ni was denser in the atmosphere with Cl~- and could impede the permeating of Cl~-.
