【摘要】 目的:评价64层CT在成人三房心中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析自2009年2月～2010年3月我院64层CT冠状动脉检查病例,发现三房心6例,男5例,女1例,年龄45～71岁,完全型1例,不完全型5例。采用多种CT图像重组技术包括容积再现(VR)、容积密度投影(VIP)、多平面重组(MPR)和最大密度投影(MIP)等对心脏结构和冠状动脉进行分析。结果:CT可以清晰地显示心房内的异常隔膜和隔膜孔以及肺静脉和心房的连接、有无梗阻,显示并发的心脏畸形及冠状动脉血管。结论:64层CT是诊断成人三房心的有效影像学技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of 64-slice multidetector computed tomography in adult cor triatriatum.Methods:From February 2009 through March 2010,the coronary 64-slice multidetector computed tomography angiography data in our institute were analyzed retrospectively.Six adult patients with cor triatriatum were found.These patients,aged from 45 years to 71 years,five males and one female,were studied.Among them five were complete cor triatriatum and one incomplete cor triatriatum.MPR,MIP,VIP and VR images were used to display coronary arteries and cardiac structure.Results:64-slice multidetector computed tomography clearly showed the intra-atrial membrane and the communicating fenestration.The MDCT also enabled good visualization of the drainage of the pulmonary veins.Simultaneously it showed whether there was coronarry obstruction or associated congenital anomalies.Conclusion:64-slice multidetector computed tomography is a useful tool in the diagnosis of adult cor triatriatum.更多还原
