新型杂多酸(C5N2H6)3(C5N2H7)3[(PO4)Mo12O36]·2H2O的水热合成与晶体结构
Hydrothermal synthesis and crystal structure of a novel complex (C5N2H6)3(C5N2H7)3[(PO4)Mo12O36]·2H2O
【摘要】 合成了一种未见报道的标题化合物((C5N2H6)3(C5N2H7)3[(PO4)Mo12O36]·2H2O,Mr=2403.00)并得到单晶,晶体衍射实验发现其属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群,晶体学参数:a=13.316(3),b=22.414(5),c=20.063(4),α=90.00(4)°,β=100.743(3)°,γ=90.00°,V=5883(2)3,Z=4,Dc=2.713Mg/m3,μ(MoKα)=2.608mm-1,F000=4604,最终R=0.0596,wR=0.1345,GoF=1.042.配体由由簇阴离子[(PO4)Mo12O36]3-之间通过端基氧与2-氨基吡啶形成氢键而相互连接,中间填充了一些水分子及2-氨基吡啶.
【Abstract】 The title compound( ( C5N2H6) 3 ( C5N2H7) 3 [( PO4) Mo12 O36]·2H2O,Mr = 2403. 00) is synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. It crystallizes in a mono-clini system with space group P2( 1) /n and unit cell parameters a = 13. 316( 3),b = 22. 414( 5),c = 20. 063( 4),α = 90. 00( 4) °,β = 100. 743 ( 3) °,γ = 90. 00°,V =5883( 2) 3,Z =4,Dc =2. 713 Mg/m3,μ( MoKα) =2. 608mm-1,F000 =4604,R = 0. 0596,wR = 0. 1345,GoF = 1. 042. The structure of title compound consists of a [( PO4) Mo12O36]3 -cluster,which is connected by hydrogen bond through the O atoms with α-Pyridylamine to form a 3-di-mension structure with water molecular and α-Pyridylamine fulfilling.
