血清Cys C测定对于判断早期肾功能损害的应用评价

【摘要】 目的:探讨血清胱抑素蛋白酶抑制剂C(CysC)在早期肾功能损害判断中的相关性评价。方法:运用已建立的颗粒增强免疫透射比浊法测定血清CysC,测定了116例慢性肾脏病患者血中的CysC浓度,同时分别测定了患者血中的Cr、UAER、β2-m常规检测项目,以48例健康人作为对照。结果:慢性肾脏病患者与正常对照组比较及肾功能损害不同时期比较CysC差异有显著意义,各检测指标与Ccr呈相关性,且CysC与Ccr的相关性优于其它指标。结论:血清CysC浓度在慢性肾脏病患者肾功能不同损害期均能准确反映Ccr,即能准确反映肾小球滤过功能,尤其能敏感提示早期肾功能损害,可成为判断肾功能损害程度的敏感指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the validity of serum Cystatin C (Cys C) as an indicator in diagnosis of early stage of renal failure.Methods Serum Cys C levels were determined with an automated particle-enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay method established by us in 116 patients with chronic kidney disease and 48 controls.Serum creatinine,urea and beta-microglobulin levels were also determined.Results Serum Cys C levels were elevated in patients with quite early renal injury (Ccr still over 90ml/ min) (vs controls P < 0.05) .Serum Cys C was more strongly positively correlated with Ccr (r =-0.8082) than creatinine,urea and beta-microglobulin were.Conclusion Serum Cystatin C may be used as a marker of early renal injury in patients with chronic kidney disease.
