IL-18、NO、ET对评价冠脉粥样硬化狭窄程度的临床价值

【摘要】 目的:探讨IL-18、NO、ET检测对冠心病(CHD)患者冠脉狭窄程度的临床价值。方法:检测冠状动脉不同狭窄程度CHD患者外周血IL-18、NO、ET的含量。结果:重度狭窄组IL-18、ET含量高于中度狭窄组(P<0.05),NO含量低于中度狭窄组(P<0.05);中度狭窄组IL-18、ET含量高于轻度狭窄组(P<0.05),NO含量低于轻度狭窄组(P<0.05);轻度狭窄组IL-18、ET含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05),NO含量低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床可通过检测CHD患者血浆中IL-18、NO、ET的含量,作为评价冠脉狭窄程度严重程度的指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value for assessment of the degree of arterial stenosis with determination of plasma IL-18,NO and ET levels in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods plasma IL-18,NO(with ELISA)and ET(with RIA)levels were determined in 115 patients with CHD(mild stenosis,n=44,moderate stenosis,n=41,severe stenosis,n=30)and 60 controls.Results The plasma levels of IL-18 and ET in patients with severe stenosis were significantly higher than those in patients with moderate stenosis,while the plasma NO levels were significantly lower(P<0.05).The plasma levels of IL-18 and ET in patients with moderate stenosis were significantly higher than those in patients with mild stenosis and the plasma NO levels were significantly lower(P<0.05).Again,the same was true for the plasma levels of the three markers in patients with mild stenosis and controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Determination of plasma IL-18,NO and ET levels might be used as an adjuvant non-invasive method for assessment of the degree of arterial stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease.
