【摘要】 目的研制适合早产儿在暖箱内安全舒适地进行仰卧、俯卧姿势的专用卧垫并观察其临床应用效果。方法将胎龄<34周的60例早产儿随机分为早产儿专用卧垫实验组(30例)与不使用专用卧垫对照组(30例),进行临床观察及资料分析。结果实验组与对照组患儿出生年龄、胎龄、体重、喂养方式及治疗方式比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05);而呼吸暂停发作次数、发生喂养不耐受的次数,生长发育的指标比较,P<0.05。结论早产儿专用卧垫能使早产儿在暖箱内安全舒适地进行仰卧、俯卧姿势,让早产儿重新感受到母体子宫的感觉,有效地减少早产儿呼吸暂停及喂养不耐受的发生率,有利于其生长发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate and observe the clinical effect of a special self-developed supine position-sleeping infant mattress for premature infants in infant incubator.Method 60premature infants whose gestational age under 34weeks were randomly divided into two groups.30cases in experimental group were used the special self-made mattress when they were sleeping.30cases in control group were used the routine mattress when they were sleeping.Result There was no significant difference in age,gestational age,body weight,feeding method and treating approaches between the two group(P>0.05).There was significant different in incidence of apnea,incidence of feeding intolerance and monitoring indicators of growth and development between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-developed infant supine position-sleeping mattress for premature infants in incubator can promote gastrointestinal function,improve the tolerance of enteral feeding,reducing the incidence of feeding intolerance and apnoea, and improve theirs growth and development.更多还原
