基于无导洞方法的连拱隧道结构设计与施工研究

【摘要】 以黄延高速公路羊泉沟连拱隧道为依托,提出在IV级围岩中采用无导洞施工方法,采用工程类比对该隧道结构支护参数进行了多方案比选,介绍了该隧道的工程地质水文地质概况、支护结构设计、施工工序安排与要点。基于有限元方法对其施工全过程进行了三维数值分析,获得了隧道结构体系力学性状随施工过程的变化规律,为设计与施工方案提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Considering the shortcomings of multi-arch highway tunnel which needs excessive construction process and temporary support,and based on the practical engineering of Yangquangou multi-arch highway tunnel,a new method without advancing drift is put forward here,and the construction schemes are compared and selected by using the engineering analogy method.On the basis of FEM,the construction process is analyzed,and the stress and strain field of surrounding rock and support is obtained.The analysis results show that the surrounding rock and support system are stability,which could provide a scientific basis and technical guidance for the construction optimization of multi-arch highway tunnels.
