【摘要】 通过对储罐腐蚀因素的分析,重点介绍了利用电场感应技术进行目标(介质)检测的原理、实现方法、应用领域及使用注意事项等问题.依据电场感应原理制造的电场感应器件(MC33794)解决了传统目标检测系统在信号转换及传输方面的缺点,使系统测量结果更精确,抗干扰能力更强,结构更简单.实现多种物理状态下的目标检测,并可应用于油品储罐腐蚀泄漏检测等领域.

【Abstract】 The paper summarises firstly the influence factors on corrosion of storage tanks,and then emphatically introduces the principles of E-Field induction technology including measuring principle,implementation method,application fields,as well as several issues should be special considered during application on corrosion detection.An electrical field induction device MC33794 was designed and manufactured,which can overcomes the drowbacks regarding the signal converting and delivering in the system of traditional object detection,thereby enables the measurement more accurate,the aniti-interference ability more stronger and the construction much simplifying.The new device can be applied by various physical conditions.Furthermore,it could especially be applied to the detection of corrosion induced leakage for oil storage tanks.
