【Abstract】 The development status of the production of sweet corn in South China was reviewed.Considering the development trend of the industrialization of sweet corn,it was proposed that the breeding of sweet corn in South China be diversified.The cultivars should be of various features such as wide adaptability(heat tolerance,cold tolerance and aluminum toxiuty tolerance),high seed vigor,high quality,suitability for eating raw,processing long-term storage and high biological yield,etc.to meet the people’s daily need.更多还原
