【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除联合拖出式阑尾切除术的可行性和优越性。方法:回顾分析2005年3月至2010年3月为132例患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除联合拖出式阑尾切除术的临床资料。结果:132例均顺利完成手术,手术时间50~120min,平均85min,无中转开腹及死亡病例,术中、术后无并发症发生。结论:在熟练掌握腹腔镜技术的基础上,严格掌握手术适应证,腹腔镜胆囊切除联合拖出式阑尾切除术是可行的,拓宽了腹腔镜外科的手术领域,充分体现了微创的优越性,具有很高的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the feasibility and advantages of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with pull-out appendectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 132 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with pull-out appendectomy from Mar.2005 to Mar.2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All operations were successful,and the operative time was 50-120min,mean 85min.No conversion to laparotomy,death or complications occurred.Conclusions:On the basis of proficiently laparoscopic skill and strict grasping operative indication,laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with pull-out appendectomy is feasible,widens the territory of laparoscopic surgery,sufficiently reflects advantages of minimal invasion,and has high application value.更多还原
