【摘要】 目的:总结并探讨腹腔镜术后输尿管钛夹移位的经验教训。方法:回顾分析为18例患者行腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术中应用钛夹夹闭输尿管切口的临床资料。采用输尿管镜技术处理移位的钛夹。结合文献分析输尿管钛夹移位的原因。结果:3例输尿管钛夹移位,发生率16.7%(3/18),均通过输尿管镜取出移位的钛夹治愈。结论:钛夹夹闭输尿管切口应慎用,使用不当易发生移位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize and discuss the experience and lesson in titanium clips shift in ureteral incision after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 18 patients who underwent laparoscopic ureterolithotomy.Titanium clips were used for closure of surgical incision at ureter.The shifted titanium clips were treated by ureteroscopy.The reasons of titanium clips shift in ureteral incision were analyzed combining with literature.Results:Three patients suffered from titanium clips shift in ureteral incision(16.7%).The clips were removed by ureteroscopy.Conclusions:Titanium clips should be carefully used for closure of ureteral incision.The misuse of titanium clips will result in shift.更多还原
