【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗糖尿病患者胆囊疾病的可行性及手术方法。方法:回顾分析2005年8月至2008年12月为108例糖尿病患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的临床资料。结果:106例手术获得成功,2例中转开腹,手术时间35～90min,平均60min,术后住院4～7d,平均5.5d。术后无严重并发症发生。结论:糖尿病患者行LC的关键是对解剖结构的掌握。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the feasibility and operative method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) in the treatment of diabetics with gallbladder diseases.Methods:The clinical data of 108 diabetics underwent LC from Aug.2005 to Dec.2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:One hundred and six operations were successfully performed.Two cases were converted to open surgery.The operative time was 35-90min(mean,60min),and the postoperative hospital stay was 4-7d(mean,5.5d).No severe postoperative complications occurred.Conclusions:The key point of LC performed for diabetics is mastering the anatomic structure.更多还原
