化学共沉淀-共还原法制备Fe70Ni27Co3触媒粉末及金刚石合成实验研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了利用化学共沉淀-共还原法制备Fe70Ni27Co3触媒粉末,研究了pH值、金属离子浓度、加料速度、添加剂用量对沉淀物产生和粒度的影响,确定出工艺条件为:pH值为3左右,沉淀物煅烧为450℃×3h,氢气还原工艺为650℃×3h;得到了D50约为9μm,氧含量为0.418%,铁、镍、钴的质量比为68.9∶26.5∶3.57的触媒粉末;进行了金刚石合成实验并与使用气雾化触媒粉末合成效果进行了对比。

【Abstract】 The method of preparation of catalyst powder Fe70Ni27Co3 by co-precipitation-decomposition is introduced.The influence of pH value,metallic ion concentration,feed rate,amount of additives on sedimentation and particle size was studied.The optimal conditions obtained are pH value is about 3,sediment calcination is at 450℃ for 3 hours,reduction by hydrogen is at 650℃ for 3 hours.The catalyst powder obtained:D50 is about 9μm,oxygen content is 0.418%,the ratio of Fe to Ni to Co is 68.9∶26.5∶3.57.The synthesis of diamond was carried out and compared with the synthesis to gas atomization catalyst.
