动力学荧光法测定废水中痕量邻苯二酚

【摘要】 在稀硫酸介质中,痕量邻苯二酚对钒(V)催化溴酸钾氧化吖啶黄具有显著的活化作用,建立动力学荧光法测定痕量邻苯二酚的新方法.研究体系的动力学条件,采用固定时间法测定荧光猝灭程度.该方法线性范围为0.005~0.180μg/m L,检出限为0.0028μg/m L,方法用于环境废水样中邻苯二酚的测定,相对标准偏差在2.3%~2.5%之间,加标回收率在96.7%~101.7%之间.

【Abstract】 A new kinetic fluorimetry method has been proposed for the determinat ion of trace catechol.It is based on the activation effect of catechol on the c atalytic oxidation reaction of acridine yellow by potassium bromate in the prese nce of vanadium,which acts as a catalyst in sulfuric acid solution.The optimum kinetic conditions of experimentation have been studied.The fluorescence quenc hing of acridine yellow is determined by fixed time method.The linear range of the determination was 0.005~0.180 μg/mL with detection limit was 0.002 8 μg/m L.The method has been applied to determining catechol in environmental water sa mples,the RSD was from 2.3%to 2.5%,the recovery was from 96.7%to 101.7%.
