【摘要】 目的探讨安博维对原发性高血压病患者左心室舒张功能的影响。方法将原发性高血压病人120例随机分为安博维组和对照组,于用药前和服药后1年,测量左心室二尖瓣舒张早期血流峰值(E)速度和舒张晚期血流峰值(A)速度、A/E值及左心室重量指数(LVMI);测定血浆脑钠素(BNP)及高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,比较两组治疗前后E、A、A/E值、LVMI、BNP和hs-CRP的变化。结果治疗前两组E、A、A/E、LVM1、BNP和hs-CRP的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组E提高,A及A/E值下降,LVM1下降,血浆BNP及hs-CRP水平下降,但安博维组治疗前后各值的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而对照组各值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且治疗后安博维组的各值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安博维能够有效保护原发性高血压病患者左心室舒张功能,血浆BNP及hs-CRP是预测左心室舒张功能的良好指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Irbesartan on the left ventricular diastolic function in essential hypertension(EH).Methods There were 120 cases of EH divided into Irbesartan group and control group.Their blood pressure,peak early diastolic mitral flow velocity(E),peak late diastolic mitral flow velocity(A),A/E,left ventricular mass index(LVMI),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and the high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were detected before therapy and one year after treatment.The change of E,A,A/E,LVMI,BNP and the hs-CRP between the two groups were compared.Results There were no significantly difference between the two groups on E,A,A/E,LVMI,BNP and hs-CRP before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,E speed rised and A speed,A/E,LVMI,BNP and hs-CRP lowered in both groups.Each of them was significant different compared with before-treatment in Irbesartan group(P<0.05),but there were no significanty different in control group(P>0.05),also each of them was significantly difference after treatment between Irbesartan group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan can protect the left ventricular diastolic function in EH.Plasma level of BNP and hs-CRP are good predictors of left ventricular diastolic function of EH.更多还原
