【摘要】 目的探讨三维适形放疗治疗老年食管癌的疗效和安全性。方法患者均接受三维适形放疗,采用常规分割方案,即1.8~2.0 Gy/次,每天1次,每周5天,连续放疗,总剂量54~64 Gy。结果 64例中,完全缓解(complete response,CR)9例,部分缓解(partial response,PR)40例,稳定(stable disease,SD)12例,进展(progress disease,PD)3例。总有效率为76.6%,1年生存率为65.6%。主要毒副反应为食管炎24例,其中3级4例;肺炎11例,3级2例;骨髓抑制22例,仅1例为3级;心脏毒性2例,均为1级。结论三维适形放疗治疗老年食管癌疗效确切,毒副反应可以耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT) in elder patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods A total of 64 elder patients with esophageal carcinoma had been enrolled.The patients received 3DCRT were given(1.8~2 Gy per daily fraction;total dose,54~64 Gy).Results Median follow-up time was 22 months.The overall response rate was 76.6% with complete and partial responses of 9 and 40 cases,respectively.One-year survival rate was 65.6%.The most common acute toxicity was esophagitis in 20 patients with RTOG grades 1-2,and in 4 patients with grade 3.RTOG grades 1-2 radiation pneumonitis developed in 11 patients.Two patients developed RTOG grade 1 heart toxicity.Conclusion 3D-CRT is an effective and well-tolerated regimen for elder patients with esophageal carcinoma.更多还原
