【Abstract】 The legal system of product responsibility is an important part of the system of product quality in our country. Since the legal system of our product responsibility was constructed earlier,moreover,with the development of market economics and the further open of market after China entering into the WTO,the current system cannot adapt to the development of the situation and circumstances.
