【摘要】 采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法等,对福建省青少年武术套路运动员的运动损伤情况进行了调查研究.结果表明:在训练中运动损伤率较高,以急性损伤为主,情况较为严重.损伤的种类集中在扭伤、拉伤和擦伤,损伤部位集中在膝部、腰部和踝部,教练员的专业素养与损伤有密切的关系,基本上探明了损伤与训练内容的关系.更多还原

【Abstract】 Investigate sports injuries of young martial arts athletes in Fujian Province,by documentation,questionnaire survey method,interviews and data statistical method.The results showed that:a higher rate of sports injuries occurred in the training,and mainly are acute injuries.The types of injuries are sprains,strains and bruises.Injury site focused on the knees,waist and ankle.Professionalism of coaches is closely related with damage.Fundamentally discovered the injury causes has relationship with the training content.更多还原
