【Abstract】 The building of the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Straits has been comprehensively pushing forward,which makes the SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises)of the Fujian southeast coastal areas have a higer demand for secretarial personnel and a higher standard for their qualification.Echoing the demand of the development of economic zone,the cultivation of secretarial personnel should pay more attention to the aspects of comprehensive qualities,specialized knowledge,and vocational skills of the talent,and lay stress on the feature of SMEs,thus to increase competitiveness and widen the development prospect of the graduates from the secretarial major.更多还原
