研磨介质制度对水镁石湿法超细研磨效果的影响
Effect of Grinding Media System on Wet Ultra-fine Grinding of Brucite
【摘要】 超细粉碎是水镁石制备阻燃用氢氧化镁的必需和重要的深加工技术之一。本实验采用实验型SDF砂磨机为湿法超细研磨设备,研究了介质级配、介质密度及介质/物料配比对水镁石超细研磨效果的影响。结果表明,在磨矿的起始阶段,粒径大的研磨介质的研磨效果较好,但随着磨矿过程的进行,粒径小的研磨介质的研磨效果较好,直至磨矿结束。在介质体积相同时,介质密度越大,磨矿效率越高;在介质质量相同时,介质密度越小,研磨效率越高。得出水镁石湿法超细研磨的适宜介料比为5∶1。
【Abstract】 One of the most important further processing technologies of brucite for flame-retardant Mg(OH)2 is ultra-fine grinding.The experiment had used the experimental SDF sand mill as the wet ultra-fine grinding equipment.The effect of gradation and density of grinding medium and the ratio of medium to feed on wet ultra-fine grinding of brucite was studied.The results showed that,at the initial stage of grinding,the grinding efficiency of the large particle grinding medium was better than the smaller one,but with the grinding continuing,the grinding efficiency of the smaller one become better than the larger one,till the end.When the volume of medium was at the same level,the larger the density of medium,the higher the grinding efficiency.When the quality of medium was at the same level,the smaller the density of medium,the higher the grinding efficiency.It could be concluded that the suitable ratio of medium to feed for wet ultra-fine grinding of brucite was 5:1.
