基于仿生学的机翼结构刚度和强度设计研究
Research Into Aerofoil Structure Rigidity and Intensity Design Based on Bionics
【摘要】 探讨仿生学及结构仿生学的理论基础,研究将其应用到飞机机翼的结构设计中以提高机翼的结构刚度和强度的方法。主要包含两个方面:一是对肋、梁等零件进行仿生设计分析;二是对承力系统进行整体结构的仿生设计分析。研究内容包含:分析机翼结构受力和传递路径,探讨与机翼结构相似的特定生物系统特征,以确定机翼结构形式、并计算应力、变形等参数,和原型机翼进行比较,最终择优选择设计方案。
【Abstract】 Discuss the principles of bionics and structural bionics and study the method of applying it to structure design,in order to enhance the rigidity and intensity of aerofoil,The method includes two aspects: one is to study the micro bionics and design parts such as beam and rib;the other is to design the whole wing system.On the basis of analyzing the force transmission of the structure and comparing the similarity of wing system and biology system,then confirm the structure of the wing.Use FEM software to calculate the distortion,stress and so on,confi rm advantage comparing with the traditional model,and then choose the best choice from the results.
