坛紫菜新品系“申福1、2号”规模化养殖技术研究

【摘要】 以坛紫菜新品系"申福1号"、"申福2号"为研究对象,探讨坛紫菜新品系"申福1号"、"申福2号"的规模化养殖技术,本试验开展了坛紫菜新品系养殖方式、生长速度和养殖产量与本地传统品种的对比研究。2007年,福清沙浦、霞浦三沙、莆田秀屿、连江中麻、福鼎元当等五个养殖试验示范点的海上养殖试验数据表明:坛紫菜新品系平均每1/15hm2产量为224.7kg(干品),产值5794元,对照组本地种平均1/15hm2的产量为167.6kg(干品),产值5166元;新品系每1/15hm2的产量比本地现有栽培品种提高34.1%,增加经济效益628元。试验结果显示了坛紫菜申福系列新品系生长快、产量高、品质好的优良特性,同时证明了坛紫菜新品系"申福1号"、"申福2号"可应用于大面积的养殖生产。本研究对坛紫菜申福系列新品系的生产性开发应用具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Taking the new lines and local lines of Porphyra haitanensis as the research object,this article explored the large-scale farming technique,simultaneously carried out the comparative research on the breeding way,growth speed and cultivation output of the new lines with those of the local lines.The marine aquaculture experiment data from five aquaculture experiment demonstration spot,including Fuqing Shapu,Xiapu Sansha,Putian Xiuyu,Lianjiang Zhongma and Fuding Yuandang,showed that the average yield per 1/15 hm2 was 224.7 kilograms(dry weight) and the value of output per 1/15 hm2 was 5794 Yuan for the new lines.The control groups were the local lines,their average yield per 1/15 hm2 was 167.6 kilograms(dry weight),the value of output per 1/15 hm2 was 5166 Yuan.Compared with the local cultivated lines,the yield per 1/15 hm2 of the new lines enhanced 34.1%,the economic efficiency per 1/15 hm2 increased 628 Yuan.The result confirmed the fine characteristic of the new lines of Porphyra haitanensis and proved that "Shenfu No.1" and "Shenfu No.2" may be applied to large-scale production.This result had a guiding significance to the productive exploitation and application of the new lines.
