【Abstract】 Consanguinity structure of scholarships is an important index to assess level and creating power of teacher staff,and also foundation for making plan and construction of teacher staff.On the basis of expounding the connotation,classfication as well as existing circumstances and disadvantages of consanguinity structure of scholarships,the inner relationships between consanguinity structure of scholarships and diversity are deep analyzed,quantitative assessment by bio-diversity index is presented.By utilizing GM(1,1),the dynamics of consanguinity structure of scholarships is forecast.Thus,the new ideas to assess and predict the consanguinity structure of scholarships are offered.更多还原
