辽宁一次持续性大雾气象条件和污染状况分析
Analysis of Weather Conditions and Air Pollution Status During Continuous Fog Days of Liaoning
【摘要】 利用常规气象观测资料和环境监测资料,对2009年11月29日~12月2日发生在辽宁11个地区持续4天的大雾天气过程的天气形势、气象要素以及空气质量特征进行了分析。结果表明,雾发生时,天气形势稳定,低空有弱冷空气活动,地面风力很小,这些都限制了近地面层的水汽向外耗散;近地面逆温和低空逆温同时存在,近地面逆温有利于近地面层水汽积累,低空逆温使近地面层水汽不易扩散而聚集,水汽含量高,使得大雾维持;天气形势稳定,且长白山高压和逆温层的存在,大气污染物无法及时向四周及高空扩散,空气质量较差。
【Abstract】 A continuous fog,which occurred from Nov 29th to Dec 2th in 2009 in Liaoning,is described by analyzing the weather patterns,meteorological elements and air quality using routine observation data and environment measure data. The results show that the weak cold air moves before the fog occurs and the wind is very light in the boundary layer during the fog stays stably,which hinders the water vapor from diffusing aloft. The inversion near the surface and that at the low level exist at the same time. The inversion near the surface is conducive to the accumulation of the water vapor,the low level inversion hinders the water vapor from diffusing aloft and air relative humidity is higher,which make the fog keeping. The stable atmosphere,the Changbai mountain anticyclone and the inversion layer existing are disadvantageous for the pollutant to diffuse outside,and air quality is worse.
