掺杂二氧化钛电极降解气相二甲苯研究

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备二氧化钛薄膜电极,并对薄膜电极进行电化学测试、TEM和把二氧化钛薄膜制备成喷剂的二甲苯降解测试。实验表明二氧化钛电极明显为纳米尺寸,并用纳米孔的存在;二氧化钛电极可以在光照的条件下产生羟基自由基(·OH),并且制备的喷剂不随着二氧化钛含量的增加而增加,含量在2.5%时达到最佳;加入的B型敏化剂后降解二甲苯的效果最佳,四小时后降解效果可以达到95%以上。

【Abstract】 Titanium dioxide thin film electrodes were prepared by sol-gel method,and thin-film electrodes for electrochemical measurements,TEM and the integration of titanium dioxide thin films into a spray of xylene degradation test. Experimental results show that two apparently nanometer-sized titanium dioxide electrodes,and the presence of nano-holes;titanium dioxide electrodes in the light of the conditions that generate hydroxyl radicals(·OH) ,and the sprays are not prepared with the titania content increases,the content of 2.5% when you achieve the best;to join B-sensitizer after the degradation of p-xylene the best results. After four hours of degradation effect can be achieved more than 95%.
