环境因子对植物-生物膜氧化沟去除氮磷的影响

【摘要】 将生物膜处理工艺和漂浮栽培植物技术应用于氧化沟处理系统中,组成植物-生物膜氧化沟生态处理系统,通过其对生活污水的处理,考察了pH值、溶解氧(DO)、温度等环境因子对植物-生物膜氧化沟系统去除氮磷的影响。结果表明:系统中TP的去除率与pH值之间呈抛物线关系,当系统出水TP去除率达到最高时,其pH值为7.71,TP去除率随着pH值的升高而升高,TN的去除率与pH值的相关关系达到显著水平;DO在系统中一直保持较高的浓度,其最高浓度可达到5.6mg/L,与TP去除率的关系显著;另外,系统中污水氮磷的去除率与温度关系密切,其中NH4+-N的去除率与温度呈现显著的正相关关系,温度对污水TN和TP的去除影响达到极显著水平。

【Abstract】 Bioflim reactor and phyro-remediation were used to the oxidation ditch.Effect of environmental factors such as pH,DO and temperature was studied on the nitrogen and phosphorus removal in plant biofilm oxidation ditch(PBFOD)through treatment of domestic wastewater.Results showed that parabola relation of TP removal rate and pH was fearfully remarkable.When TP removal rate reached to tiptop in the system,pH of wastewater was 7.71.Removal rate increased with pH increase.Correlativity between TN removal rate and pH was also obvious.DO concentration was high at all times in the system,and correlativity between DO concentration and TP removal rate was obvious.Relation between temperature and removal rate of nitrogen and phosphorus were consanguineous,and relationships between temperature and removal rate of TP and TN was fearfully remarkable.The positive correlativity of NH4+-N removal rate and temperature was very obvious.
