工字钢与波折腹板H型钢梁的有限元分析
Finite element analysis of flange beam and H-beam with trapezoidally corrugated webs
【摘要】 本文采用有限元的分析方法,分别建立了实腹式工字钢梁和波折腹板H型钢梁的有限元模型。通过有限元分析对比,说明了普通工字钢梁与波折腹板H型钢梁的承载力、变形曲线的差异。分析结果表明,在钢梁上翼缘(受压区翼缘)无可靠约束时,盲目采用波折腹板H型钢梁可能会带来一定的安全隐患,在实际工程设计时应予以注意。
【Abstract】 The paper described the finite element analysis(FEA) methods using in the mechanical behavior of flange beams and H-beams with trapezoidally corrugated webs.Based on the comparison of the FEA results,the differences of bearing capacity and load-displacement curves were presented.As a result,when the compressive flange is unrestrained,the usage of H-beam with trapezoidally corrugated webs may cause hidden danger which should be widely noticed in the engineering designs.
